Redeemed ps4 code but didnt download battlefront 2

Budiscool2 thanks man, I was finally able to redownload Free Fall with that method you said, Sony needs to fix this, or at least bring back the download history on PS4 the way the PS3 was. For others who still need help for COD : Ghosts Free Fall Map - I had to go to the settings and system storage and delete the game, go to the sony website on the computer link is in this thread and select the download list, find the free fall map, and tell it download to PS4. It will download the map. After that put the COD disc back in and it will redownload the update etc.

Then install the map. Its a solution. But its inconvenient and sony needs to fix this problem. Where are the PlayStation mods and reps? Is PlayStation reading these and acknowledging these problems? I have the same issue, can't find a download area? I just had this happen to me with my Killzone pre-order Shadow Pack too. I really hope I didn't lose access to it now. No sign of it in Library or Notifications. Got it to work guys.

You will have to delete the download data on your ps4. Restrictions on promo codes vary from game to game and promotion to promotion. You usually cannot use them on games less than a month old, virtual currency, memberships and subscriptions, game time cards, third-party games, or with any other current sale or promotion. Check the instructions that came with your code — they should list the URL where you should go to redeem your Product Code.

EA Desktop or Origin will send you to that URL when possible, but double check the Product Code instructions to make sure you redeem your code in the right place. Some codes may even give you extra content when you redeem them at a specific URL. Read all instructions carefully so you don't miss out!
