I actually have done the port forwarding before as well as the static IP, I use Plex and I use it with a "Remote Server" as well on a different port that's Plex dedicated. I don't know what they do either so I didn't know what to do with the option now that I know it exists. This is my log and INI file. On a test, I restarted my computer and when Qbittorrent started my downloads started but then stopped again.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling I assume that automatically cleared the folder housing those 2 INI files. But just to make sure I have just deleted them and have restarted Qbittorrent, I will follow up on the results.
I checked the dead torrents, I checked the trackers just now and it says on the status tab that some trackers are "working" but some are "not working".
